ERIC FORSBERG
Chief Operating Officer
Eric retired as a Sergeant from a municipal law enforcement agency. He has over 24 years law enforcement experience and has worked several special assignments including:
• Homicide / Major Crimes Investigator
• Field Training Officer
• Range Master / Firearms Instructor
• Gang Task Force Investigator
• SWAT Team Member
He has over 20 years tactical/SWAT experience dating back to his time as a Pararescueman and flight paramedic in the U.S. Air Force. He is a Board Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner I-MD and maintains several medic-level and nursing certifications.
Eric has obtained several California P.O.S.T. Instructor certificates including Firearms / Pistol / Rifle Instructor, Critical Incident / Active Shooter Instructor, Weaponless Defense, Impact Weapons, Defensive Tactics / Arrest Control Instructor and First Aid / CPR Instructor. Eric is a California Department of Justice (DOJ) certified firearms instructor and also an NRA and USCCA certified instructor. He also holds black belts in Krav Maga and Hapkido.
Eric is certified in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design and is sought after to teach Workplace Violence / Active Shooter Response to both schools and businesses.
